Returns Policy


Our products are selected to bring you the unadulterated pleasures that you enjoy, however we understand that occasionally returns or exchanges are sometimes necessary.

Provided that your item is received by our returns team within 28 days of your receipt of the order, unworn and with the product packaging intact, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund.

All products are warrantied for 365 days from the date of purchase so if there is a fault with your item, do contact us and we will rectify the situation.

Unfortunately, there are some items that cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Sex Toys, Bondage, latexwear, jewellery, condoms
  • Lingerie cannot be returned if damaged or worn
  • Knickers and opened packs of hosiery
  • Please follow the care instructions that come with your pieces as we will not return items which have been damaged due to improper care
  • Adult Class reserve the right to refuse refunds on any items we deem to have been worn or damaged


  1. Log into your Adult Class account and:
    • Go to the resolution centre
    • Open a new dispute
    • Select item, then type of dispute and highlight the invoice reference number that the item is allocated to
    • Follow the prompts and enter an explanation of why you wish to return the item
  2. Submit your online return/dispute form
    After you submit the dispute and the returns are authorised, we will give you a link to print a pre-paid returns label.
  3. Package your return securely
    Include as much original packaging as possible and please remember to clean anything that needs a clean!
  4. Post the item to us
    Please send us the registered mail number by email once your item has been mailed back to us.

Then it’s over to us. Your return will be processed and a replacement or refund for products will be arranged within fourteen days of us receiving your returned items.


Refunds will be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account used for the order.

A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed, and it may take up to a further five working days for your bank to process the payment.
